Ingredients

2 avocados, skin and seed removed.

2 cups finely diced ripe tomatoes

4 minced green onion, white part only

3 tablespoons finely chopped cilantro

2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice (2 small limes)

2 teaspoons minced fresh jalapenos, seeds included. (do not use canned)

1/2 teaspoon sea salt, adjust to taste (table salt will work)

Freshly ground black pepper

(NEVER buy ground pepper! ALLWAYS grind your own EVERY TIME you use it! There is a difference. Pepper grinders are a kitchen MUST HAVE)

Directions

Mash the avocados in a medium size bowl with the back of a fork to a slightly lumpy consistency.

Add tomatoes, green onion, cilantro, lime juice, jalapenos, salt, and pepper to taste.

Mix well.

Serve Immediately with an entrée or with chips or with just a spoon.
