So good and easy.. not only kids love these, grownups too!

Ingredients
- 12 large flour tortillas (smaller flour tortillas can be used also)
- ½ stick butter, melted
- ½ cup cinnamon sugar
- Dollop of Whipped cream (OPTIONAL)
Directions
- Fold a large flour tortilla in fourths. Using clean kitchen scissors, cut shapes into the folded tortilla. Open the cut tortilla and place on a cookie sheet that has been coated with cooking spray.
- Using a pastry brush or a paper towel, brush the surface with melted butter. Sprinkle cinnamon sugar over the tortilla. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until the tortilla is golden. Makes 12 tortillas.
- Have a dish of whipped cream near by with a spoon... let everyone spoon a dollop if desired.

It is a tradition to fry them here.. this would be better ... less on the hips.. Have them at 12 on new years eve!
