This simple sauce makes for a sticky, sweet and tangy topping on pork chops, and the extra sauce is excellent served over rice. Delicious and very easy!

I made these last night, after my daughter told me how good they were - for once, she steered me right (oh just kidding Irishmama!). These are SO easy, and the flavor was excellent. The extra sauce was great over our rice. I took a picture, so I am posting that for you to see how delicious looking they are, too! I made them in my calphalon oven-proof skillet, so the meal went from browning on the stovetop right into the oven - couldn't have been easier...give these a try, and be SURE to make some rice to go along with the sauce!

Mich, I made these with bone-in chicken breast... FANTASTIC! Would be great with legs or thighs, too (or wings, why not?). I am always amazed at how juicy the meat stays, even though it is cooked uncovered, and you know how dry chicken breast can become. I'm hooked on this (as is your dad, and I know how proud that makes you!)...love you...mom (the picture says it all!)

This was delicious! The sauce is soooooo good. I baked the chops about 35 minutes @ 400. I can't wait to try this with chicken stir fry. I'll use fresh veggies and thin sliced chicken and pour some of the sauce over it all at the end and cook it till thickened. MMM we had broccoli and rice and the sauce was great over both! Thanks so much.

I made this tonight. It was so delicious. I doubled the sauce to have plenty to go over the rice. This is a keeper!
