Ingredients
  • 4 eggs
  • 6 oz. Irish Whiskey
  • 2 oz. Irish Mist liqueur
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. allspice
  • 1 qt. milk
  • Grated nutmeg for garnish

Directions
  1. * If you do not want to use raw eggs, substitute 5 cups of store bought unspiced eggnog for the eggs and milk.*
  2. Break eggs into a large bowl and whisk until frothy.
  3. Add whiskey, Irish Mist, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and allspice.
  4. Whisk to combine.
  5. Slowly add milk, whisking all the time.
  6. Pour into Irish coffee glasses and garnish with nutmeg.
  7. Cheers.
