Delicious and super easy - I love not having to bake this.

Ingredients
- 3 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup coconut
- 6 Tbsp cocoa
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 cups White sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
Directions
- Aka "Quick Chocolate Drops"
- Mix oats, cocoanut and cocoa. Heat butter, sugar and milk. Pour over dry ingredients and stir well. Drop by teaspoon onto wax or parchment paper and chill.
- Note: Easier to form drops if slightly chilled first
- Another note: Any crumbs can be saved for a crunchy ice cream topping.
