How to make it

  • Soak skewers or toothpicks in water 1 hour before using then drain.
  • Snap off bases of asparagus then skewer 5 asparagus spears together with.
  • In small bowl combine oil, soy sauce and garlic and stir to mix.
  • Brush on asparagus on both sides and season with salt and pepper.
  • Place asparagus on grill and cook until nicely browned turning to brown both sides.
  • Sprinkle with sesame seeds as they grill.

    Ahhhhhhhhhhhh asparagus... so confused as a child, enlightened to the flavors as an adult. This look great. Always looking for tempting recipes such as this.....thanks...dave
