- 3/4 cup flaked nori shopping list
- 1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil shopping list
- 8 cups cooked brown rice, cooled shopping list
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger root shopping list
- 3 tablespoons diced green onions shopping list
- 1 tablespoon honey shopping list
- 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar shopping list
- 4 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce shopping list
- 4 cloves garlic, crushed shopping list
- 8 leaves iceburg ettuce shopping list
- 1/2 each red and green bell pepper, diced shopping list
How to make it
- Combine all the ingredients, except the lettuce and bell peppers, adding the roasted nori bits last.
- Place a serving of salad on each lettuce leaf, garnish with diced pepper.
