Crock Pot Roast Recipe

How to make it

  • Brown roast on all sides.
  • Add dressing , garlic and beer to crock pot and stir.
  • Place roast in beer mixture.
  • Set crock-pot on high and 2 hours (my crock pot is programable...haven't tried in a regular crock...maybe try low for 8 hours...check it in 4 hours).
  • Turn roast at half time.
