Comfort Food. Great wth rice or mashed potatoes.

Ingredients
- 1 3-4 lb london broil or chuck roast
- 1 beer
- 1 pk Good Seasons Italian Dressing
- 1 t garlic powder
- oil for browning
Directions
- Brown roast on all sides.
- Add dressing , garlic and beer to crock pot and stir.
- Place roast in beer mixture.
- Set crock-pot on high and 2 hours (my crock pot is programable...haven't tried in a regular crock...maybe try low for 8 hours...check it in 4 hours).
- Turn roast at half time.
