Strawberry Butter

This is a fruity,creamy delight for anytime of day or night!!
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup fresh strawberries, washed and hulled shopping list
- 1/2 cup (1stick) unsalted butter (Room Temperature) shopping list
- 1 teaspoon confectioners sugar shopping list
- 1 teaspoon fresh lime juice shopping list
How to make it
- In a food processor or blender, pur'ee the strawberries.
- In a medium-sized bowl, with an electric mixer on high, beat the butter until creamy.
- Add the sugar, lime juice and the strawberry pur'ee and continue beating until the mixture is no longer separated and is well blended.
- Enjoy!!
