This is a fruity,creamy delight for anytime of day or night!!

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup fresh strawberries, washed and hulled
- 1/2 cup (1stick) unsalted butter (Room Temperature)
- 1 teaspoon confectioners sugar
- 1 teaspoon fresh lime juice
Directions
- In a food processor or blender, pur'ee the strawberries.
- In a medium-sized bowl, with an electric mixer on high, beat the butter until creamy.
- Add the sugar, lime juice and the strawberry pur'ee and continue beating until the mixture is no longer separated and is well blended.
- Enjoy!!

Hi Cadavis! I just made this a few minutes ago-though I didn't have lime juice,so I used a bit of Realemon.It really tasted good! My ultra-fussy daughter even liked it.I made enough for her to put in on tomorrow's morning's toast.Thanks for sharing this sweet recipe.Have a great day :-)
