A favorite salad with lots of goodies and a nice honey mustard dressing.

Ingredients
  • 4 tablespoons of honey
  • 3 tablespoons of brown sugar
  • 1 cup of mayonnaise
  • 3/4 tsp of powdered ginger
  • 3 tablespoons of Dijon mustard
  • juice of one lemon
  • zest of one lemon
  • 3 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • Washed iceburg lettuce, cut in six wedges
  • shredded carrots
  • chopped black olives
  • diced avocado
  • cucumber seeded, peeled and cut in half moons
  • red onion slivers(soaked in ice water)
  • halved cherry tomatoes

Directions
  1. Put all dressing ingredients in a bowl and whisk until combined well.
  2. Put lettuce wedges on chilled plates and top each wedge with as many and as much of the "goodies" as you like.
  3. Drizzle with the dressing.
