Beehive Salad

A favorite salad with lots of goodies and a nice honey mustard dressing.
Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons of honey shopping list
- 3 tablespoons of brown sugar shopping list
- 1 cup of mayonnaise shopping list
- 3/4 tsp of powdered ginger shopping list
- 3 tablespoons of Dijon mustard shopping list
- juice of one lemon shopping list
- zest of one lemon shopping list
- 3 tablespoons of soy sauce shopping list
- Washed iceburg lettuce, cut in six wedges shopping list
- shredded carrots shopping list
- chopped black olives shopping list
- diced avocado shopping list
- cucumber seeded, peeled and cut in half moons shopping list
- red onion slivers(soaked in ice water) shopping list
- halved cherry tomatoes shopping list
How to make it
- Put all dressing ingredients in a bowl and whisk until combined well.
- Put lettuce wedges on chilled plates and top each wedge with as many and as much of the "goodies" as you like.
- Drizzle with the dressing.
