This is a twist on your everyday pizza. I prefer veggie but you can add any ingredients you love.
Ingredients
- Tube o' pizza crust shopping list
- Jar o' alfredo sauce shopping list
- 3 garlic cloves, minced shopping list
- sliced mushrooms (any kind) shopping list
- water packed artichoke hearts, chopped shopping list
- sliced black olives shopping list
- 1/2 # mozzarella, grated shopping list
- sliced yellow or white onion shopping list
- 1/2 C. grated parmegiano regiano shopping list
How to make it
- Prepare crust in a 9X13 pan according to package directions
- Spread 1/2 alfredo sauce evenly on crust. (Freeze balance for next time)
- Scatter garlic evenly on sauce
- Place mushrooms, olives and artichokes evenly over entire pizza
- Add mozzarella generously on top of veggies
- Put onion slices on top of cheese
- Scatter parmegiano regiano evenly over entire pizza
- Bake at 400 degrees until the cheese is melted and the edges of the crust are golden.
- Use homemade or pizzaria crust or homemade alfredo if you desire
