Ingredients

Tube o' pizza crust

Jar o' alfredo sauce

3 garlic cloves, minced

sliced mushrooms (any kind)

water packed artichoke hearts, chopped

sliced black olives

1/2 # mozzarella, grated

sliced yellow or white onion

1/2 C. grated parmegiano regiano

Directions

Prepare crust in a 9X13 pan according to package directions

Spread 1/2 alfredo sauce evenly on crust. (Freeze balance for next time)

Scatter garlic evenly on sauce

Place mushrooms, olives and artichokes evenly over entire pizza

Add mozzarella generously on top of veggies

Put onion slices on top of cheese

Scatter parmegiano regiano evenly over entire pizza

Bake at 400 degrees until the cheese is melted and the edges of the crust are golden.

Use homemade or pizzaria crust or homemade alfredo if you desire
