Ingredients
  • 8 cups Swanson® Beef Broth (regular, Lower Sodium or Certified Organic)
  • 4 cups (32 fl. oz.) V8® 100% Vegetable Juice
  • 1/4 tsp. hot pepper sauce
  • 1 cup (8 fl. oz.) vodka

Directions
  1. Heat the broth, juice and hot pepper sauce in a 3-quart saucepan over medium-high heat to a boil. Stir in the vodka.
  2. Divide the broth mixture among 8 mugs. Serve immediately.
  3. TIP: Campbell’s Kitchen Tip: I keep this beverage piping hot on the buffet by pouring it into a thermal carafe or airpot. – Jane Freiman, Campbell’s Kitchen
  4. Cooking for a Crowd: Recipe may be doubled.
  5. Chilled Bull Shot: Stir the broth, juice, hot pepper sauce and vodka in a 3-quart pitcher. Pour into ice-filled tall glasses.

Oh, this is a favorite way to warm up!! Toasty inside and out. Yum....now where is my grilled cheese sandwich for nibbles? Game ON!


Ah another healthy recipe!!! I'm getting a serving of veggies and beef broth is good for you.. it will go along with Pink's recipe for Dates with nuts in the middle.. yes yes!!!
