Ingredients
  • 14 OZ. ARTICHOKE HEARTS-CHOPPED
  • 1 C. MAYO
  • 1 GARLIC CLOVE, LARGE, MINCED
  • 2 OZ. PIMENTOS-CHOPPED
  • 8 OZ. FETA CHEESE-CRUMBLED

Directions
  1. COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS
  2. PUT IN 1 QUART CASSEROLE
  3. BAKE AT 350 FOR 30-40 MINUTES, OR UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN
  4. EAT WITH CHIPS, CRACKERS OR CRUSTY BREAD
