Got this out of Simply Delicious by Campbell's...They go fast

Ingredients
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese spread
  • 2 10oz. pkgs frozen spinach, chopped
  • 1/2 cup water chestnuts, chopped
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped green onions
  • 1 pkg. refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 3 tbl. diced pimentos

Directions
  1. In a bowl, mix eggs, soup, and cheese spread
  2. Stir in spinach, water chesnuts, and onions.
  3. Unroll crescant roll and press into bottom of 13 by 9 greased pan.
  4. Press seams together.
  5. Spread mixture over dough
  6. Sprinkle pimento over top
  7. Bake @ 350 for 40 minutes
  8. Let cool for 10-15 minutes
  9. Cut into whatever size servings you like

These sound great!
As I read the recipe I was sure you were going to roll up the dough. But this is better. Little open-face hors d'oeuvres if you will ... in a watching-football sort of way. :^)
