Florentine Appetizers

- 4 eggs, beaten shopping list
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup shopping list
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese spread shopping list
- 2 10oz. pkgs frozen spinach, chopped shopping list
- 1/2 cup water chestnuts, chopped shopping list
- 1/4 cup finely chopped green onions shopping list
- 1 pkg. refrigerated crescent rolls shopping list
- 3 tbl. diced pimentos shopping list
How to make it
- In a bowl, mix eggs, soup, and cheese spread
- Stir in spinach, water chesnuts, and onions.
- Unroll crescant roll and press into bottom of 13 by 9 greased pan.
- Press seams together.
- Spread mixture over dough
- Sprinkle pimento over top
- Bake @ 350 for 40 minutes
- Let cool for 10-15 minutes
- Cut into whatever size servings you like
