This nasty sounding dish is an old family favorite. My daughter even requests it for her birthday dinner! Simple to make and yummy. Good over rice with a side salad.

Ingredients
- 6 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
- 1/2 Stick Butter
- 12oz Pepsi (1 can)
- 20 oz Ketchup
- Salt, Pepper, Garlic to taste
Directions
- Melt butter in electric skillet set at 200 deg. Can also use a large pan/pot on stove set to med-low.
- Place chicken on butter. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and garlic, if desired.
- Pour ketchup & Pepsi over, cover and cook for 1 1/2 - 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
- Enjoy!

That's the only reason I tried it too. I found this recipe in my mom's old recipe box when I was about 12, thought it sounded disgusting so of course, being 12, had to try it;-) Everyone loved it and I'm still making it almost 2 decades later!
