How to make it

  • Rinse rice one or two times to remove excess starch. Drain.
  • Place drained rice in saucepan and add water, butter, coconut milk and salt.
  • Place uncovered saucepan on med heat and bring to a boil - stir often.
  • Let water boil down a little and then reduce heat, cover tightly with a lid and simmer for 20 min.
  • Fluff and serve. = )
