Ingredients

How to make it

  • Mix wet and dry ingredients until just incorporated - batter can be a bit lumpy.
  • Heat a frying pan over medium heat with about a teaspoon of butter. You can spray your pan with oil (grape seed works well) instead if you like.
  • Pour in 1/4 of the batter and generously sprinkle with slivered almonds.
  • When bubbles start to appear in your pancake, flip it and cook until slightly browned on bottom.
  • Repeat with the rest of the batter adding a bit more butter to the pan each time.
  • Serve warm with maple syrup.
  • Enjoy :-)

With the almonds, is that just the way you like them? They aren't part of the ingredients. Finally, a more healthy pancake!
