How to make it

  • cooking times are relitive.
  • mix spices togather and mix well - start water for linguine and cook till al dente stage
  • place cream and milk in a small sauce pan with butter and 1/2 of the spices
  • cook to thicken, set aside
  • saute chicken with wine, olive oil and remaining seasoning, until done
  • set aside
  • saute shrimp in pan, adding more wine if needed.
  • serve each breast on a bed of linguine with the shrimp.
  • cover with sauce
