Ingredients
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 Tbs. butter
- 1 cup dream
- 1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
- 1/8-1/4 tsp. cayanne pepper (to taste)
- 1/8 tsp. white pepper
- 1/8 tsp. onionpowder
- 1 Tbs. garlic powder
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1# linguine
- 4 chicken breasts
- 8 ounces shrimp
- 1 Tbs. olive oil
Directions
- cooking times are relitive.
- mix spices togather and mix well - start water for linguine and cook till al dente stage
- place cream and milk in a small sauce pan with butter and 1/2 of the spices
- cook to thicken, set aside
- saute chicken with wine, olive oil and remaining seasoning, until done
- set aside
- saute shrimp in pan, adding more wine if needed.
- serve each breast on a bed of linguine with the shrimp.
- cover with sauce
