The addition of Mayonnaise makes this Tapenade very versatile: Crostini,Panini,Sandwiches,Fish, Steak, Chicken etc..

Ingredients
- 3 tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1-1/2 cups pitted kalamata olives
- 2 tbsp. capers
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. fresh chopped rosemary
- 1 tsp. fresh chopped thyme
- 2 garlic cloves
- 4 tbsp. olive oil
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend to a paste. store in refrigerator
