I first encountered fideo just the other day when I saw a recipe for it with a poached egg on top! Looked yummy to me. Now there is your good looking recipe as well. I'll have to try to find some. Thank you!

My parents use to make this for my siblings and me but without the bay leaf, oregano, and cheese. Am now excited to try this recipe WITH those ingredients. I hope you post more "family" recipes. Thanks!

Oh yummmmmmm. I am the odd one out because I have never tasted this recipe. It sounds delicious and I am looking forward to preparing it for my family. I was searching for something a little different in the 'pasta group' and you've solved my problem. I often use Angel Hair pasta or fideo, as I love the texture of it High 5 all the way!

I love this stuff! Your recipe makes for a wonderful meatless, tasty, and quick to put together meal. I make it the same, except I add ground beef and a little cumin. Now I know what I'm having for dinner tomorrow. Thanks for sharing :) ^5
