How to make it

  • Combine first four ingredients and coat the chicken pieces with them.
  • Brown in shortening. Place in greased casserole.
  • Sift flour, baking powder and salt and set aside.
  • Beat eggs, milk, butter and parsley in a bowl and gradually beat in the flour.
  • Pour over chicken and bake at 350 degrees for and hour.
  • Adjust time if using skinless, boneless chicken
