Sloepoke Farm Buttermilk Pie Recipe

Ingredients

1 unbaked pie shell

4 eggs

1 1/4 C sugar

1/2 C buttermilk

1/4 C melted butter

1 tsp vanilla

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Beat eggs & sugar until fluffy.

Add buttermilk and melted butter, beat until just well mixed. Stir in vanilla.

Pour into shell and bake for 45 minutes.
