Little Cups Of BOozEY Chocolate Cream

- 10fl oz Cream shopping list
- 3 egg yolks shopping list
- 9oz dark chocolate bits shopping list
- 3 Tbls liqueur (cointreau, Kahlua, brandy or malibu) shopping list
How to make it
- Heat the cream until its just about to boil making sure to stir. Throw it in the blender with all the other ingredients and whizz until the racket stops! Pour into little espresso cups or liqueur glasses and chill in the fridge for at least 3 hours or preferably 8 hours
