HOW YUMMY..

Like I'd ever get past a recipe with chocolate AND booze in it, and one that is as easy as this???? ....Right. Sure LOL! A GREAT post, Hooch :)Love it :)

In France, I stayed with a family that made something like this, it was like a booze drenched chocolate mousse...then they hollowed out eggs and made a hole in the top large enough to fill each empty eggshell. Wrapped them in foil, and hid them outside on Easter.

Yum. I'm with Kukla on the booze and chocolate. Lovely. Thanks Hooch.

Sound wonderful!
I don't understand why you bother to heat the cream? Is it so the yolks might cook just a bit by association? I'm not being entirely serious here, but I am very protective of my good booze. I never let it near heat because the first thing to evaporate is the alcohol.
