Ingredients

How to make it

  • Trim Round Steak of excess fat. Cut in half so that you have two strips. Pound both strips until fairly flat.
  • Mix all other ingredients together and sprinkle on top of the meat.
  • Roll up the Round Steak like a jelly roll and tie with string. We use three pieces of string...one on each side and one in the middle.
  • Heat Oil in a frying pan.
  • Brown meat on all sides.
  • Place meat in simmering Spaghetti Sauce. I've used a Crock Pot and it works well.
  • Simmer for several hours.
  • Slice and serve over your favorite type of Spaghetti.
  • I realize that the ingredients don't have an amount...My family never measures. If you love garlic, then you can go heavy on the garlic...
  • This is one of those "make it your own" recipes.

I prepare this and my family loves it. I don't measure either because it's all up to someone's personal taste. Great recipe!
