- round steak, cut in 1/2 (strip) and pounded to about 1/2 - 1/4 inch. shopping list
- salt and pepper shopping list
- romano cheese shopping list
- Chopped garlic shopping list
- Fresh Chopped parsley shopping list
- vegetable or olive oil shopping list
- spaghetti sauce shopping list
- Optional...fine bread crumbs, you can even use Italian bread crumbs, although I don't use them. shopping list
- Another Option...oregano or crushed red pepper. shopping list
How to make it
- Trim Round Steak of excess fat. Cut in half so that you have two strips. Pound both strips until fairly flat.
- Mix all other ingredients together and sprinkle on top of the meat.
- Roll up the Round Steak like a jelly roll and tie with string. We use three pieces of string...one on each side and one in the middle.
- Heat Oil in a frying pan.
- Brown meat on all sides.
- Place meat in simmering Spaghetti Sauce. I've used a Crock Pot and it works well.
- Simmer for several hours.
- Slice and serve over your favorite type of Spaghetti.
- I realize that the ingredients don't have an amount...My family never measures. If you love garlic, then you can go heavy on the garlic...
- This is one of those "make it your own" recipes.

It's quite simple to figure out what amounts you would you like, love this recipe so much. Thanks.

I prepare this and my family loves it. I don't measure either because it's all up to someone's personal taste. Great recipe!
