Mels Special Potatoes Recipe

Ingredients

6 or 7 new potatoes ( or very sm. red potatoes)

1 Tbs. EVOO

Mrs. Dash sundried tomato and garlic (to taste)

black pepper (to taste)

salt (optional)

fresh parsley, chopped (or dried parsley)

Directions

Wash potatoes; cut out bad spots if needed.

Leave skins on; chop into cubes.

Mix seasoning and EVOO in a sm. bowl.

Pour seasoning mixture into potatoes.

Microwave for 10 min. or until tender.

Sprinkle parsley over top before serving.

Enjoy! :)
