  • 1 TO 2 LB JUMBO SHRIMP, PEELED AND DEVEINED
  • 4 LIMES-JUICE
  • 1 TBLS EXTRA-VIRGIN OLIVE OIL
  • 1 TSP SEA SALT
  • 1/2 CUP DARK BEER
  • 2 GARLIC CLOVES-MINCED

Directions
  1. SKEWER SGRIMP
  2. MIX ALL OTHER INGREDIENTS
  3. BRUSH OVER SHRIMP WHILE GRILLING
  4. TURN ONCE
  5. COOK UNTIL NO LONGER TRANSLUCENT
