Homemade ButterFingers! Great anytime, anywhere! :)

Ingredients
- 1 Cup Melted Butter
- ½ Cup Sugar
- 1 Cup Brown Sugar
- 4 Cup Oatmeal
- Topping:
- Melt ¾ C. peanut butter
- 1 C. chocolate chips
Directions
- Mix together the above ingredients (not Topping)
- Flatten in a 9 X 13 greased pan.
- Bake @ 350 for 15 minutes.
- Cool the bars.
- Spread topping on the cooled bars.
- Let set.
- When totally cooled cut into squares!
- Enjoy! :)

This turned out really weird. You might have mentioned that instant oatmeal, or at least grinding up the oatmeal might help (just a guess). I used regular oatmeal, followed the recipe to a "T" and it ended up looking like I baked dry oatmeal in the oven and dumped chocolate/peanut butter on it. It didn't turn out like "bars" at all.
