This is a quick and simple appetizer and very, very tasty! I think the secret is in the type of chutney used, however if you cannot find this brand then use a good chutney. I just gave a wag on the number of servings.

Ingredients
- 2 (8 oz.) packages cream cheese – softened
- 1 cup finely grated cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons sherry
- 2 teaspoons curry powder
- 1 jar Raffetto's Chut-Nut Colonial Chutney
Directions
- Shape and flatten like a round of Brie or a fat hamburger and refrigerate.
- One hour before serving, remove cheese from the refrigerator and pour Raffetto’s Chut-Nut Colonial Chutney over the top.
- Serve with crackers or pita bread crackers.
