Chocolate Coffee Spoons Recipe

How to make it

  • Line 2 cookie sheets with wax paper.
  • Place 6 oz. dipping chocolate in a glass measuring cup.
  • Microwave on high for 1 minute.
  • Stir.
  • Microwave 1 more minute, or until smooth, stirring every 20 seconds.
  • Dip the bowl of the spoons in the chocolate covering both sides completely.
  • Place on wax paper.
  • Refrigerate until chocolate hardens, at least 15 minutes.
  • Microwave the contrasting chocolate according to the instructions above. Drizzle over spoons or dispense from a squeezy bottle or a Ziploc Bag with a corner snipped off.
  • Refrigerate, again until chocolate hardens.
  • If gift giving, wrap each spoon separately with cellophane and ribbon.
