Dandelions Blue Cheese Dressing Recipe
I came up with this dressing after reading Hayleesgrandma's "Layered Cobb Salad" this morning. I needed a blue cheese dressing to try it.

Ingredients
  • 1 c Mayonnaise
  • ½ c Sour Cream
  • ¾ c Crumbled Blue Cheese
  • ¼ c Minced Parsley + 1 T for garnish
  • 3 T Minced Shallots
  • 1 ½ t Minced Garlic
  • 1 T Lemon Juice
  • 1 T Champagne or Cider Vinegar
  • Thin with Buttermilk
  • White Worcestershire Sauce to taste
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

Directions
  1. In a medium bowl place mayonnaise, lemon juice, vinegar and sour cream stir until smooth. Add ½ c of crumbled blue cheese, shallots, garlic and parsley stir to blend. Add Worcestershire sauce to taste adjust seasonings with salt and pepper if needed. Refrigerate to meld the flavors. Serve with remaining parsley and blue cheese.

I love, love, love blue cheese dressing and my guy hates it.....There are some things you like or don't and blue cheese is one for him........Gonna cut this in half and make it cuz' he's not the only one who eats around here.....Thanks....I just made myself laugh....:)
