I would suggest halving the dressing or using more of the salad ingredients. I had broccoli "swimming" in dressing at the bottom of the bowl. The taste of this salad is wonderful!

You can also use the cole slaw dressing in the produce department or substitute/add dried cranberries for an extra zing...think that my mother-in-law uses ??white grapes?? does that sound right!?? YUMMM

Is this the same recipe that Walmart uses leaving out the red onions? I love that stuff.

I have never had the Walmart version, so I am not sure. I have tried various recipes for this salad...all just a little different. Some people add shredded cheddar cheese, others use more mayo, or different vinegars, etc.

Gonna give this one a try. I am cooking for a church dinner on Sunday and I always like to bring something new.

This was very good. I had a couple of people ask for the recipe. I will be making this again.

I'm going to make this for Thanksgiving. One of the kids requested it, so I will make it. I love this salad.
