Chocolate Cheese Ball

This is a different type of cheese ball..It's sweet and chocolaty..you can serve this with graham crackers, cookies, or fruit.. this another recipe from the Gifts from the Kitchen cookbook.. the prep time doesn't include the overnight time.
Ingredients
- 1 package ( 8 oz. ) cream cheese, softened shopping list
- 1/4 cup butter, softened shopping list
- 3/4 cup confectioners sugar shopping list
- 2 TBSP. light brown sugar shopping list
- 3 TBSP. cocoa shopping list
- 1 TBSP. Kahlua or Amaretto shopping list
- 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips -- I used the mini chips shopping list
- 1/2 cup finely chopped pecans shopping list
How to make it
- In a medium bowl: combine cream cheese and butter
- beat until well blended
- stir in the sugars, cocoa, and the liquer. mix well
- stir in the chocolate chips
- cover and refrigerate overnight
- next day shape mixture into a ball and roll into the pecans
- serve with:
- graham crackers, cookies, or fruit
