This is a hair treatment you apply before shampooing. Also on the topic of shampoo, it's best to buy organic natural shampoos, without harsh chemicals like sodium lauryl sulfates which many have even 'organic brands' I've found J A S ON brand and a few others do not have that ingredient listed. Ingredients
- 3 1/2 oz jar of coconut oil shopping list
- 20 drops rosemary essential oil shopping list
- 10 drops cedarwood essential oil shopping list
How to make it
- Melt the coconut oil by standing the glass jar in a pan of hot water.
- Add essential oils into jar, mix thoroughly
- To use, just warm some oil by rubbing into the palm of hands, work through hair and massage into scalp.
- Wrap a warm towel around your head ( one right out of the drier) leave on for around 30 minutes.
- Remove in shower with shampoo, before adding water. So first shampoo right away then rinse with water.
