Ingredients

How to make it

  • Cut chicken into bite-size pieces.
  • Brown chicken, onion and garlic in butter.
  • Dissolve bouillon in hot water.
  • Add to pan along with cumin; bring to boil.
  • Cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Add cream, cheese, corn, chilies and hot sauce.
  • Cook and stir over low heat until cheese is melted.
  • Stir in tomatoes.
  • Serve immediately.

    I only went on the computer to find a recipe for Chicken Corn Chowder and thought I'd see if I had any new messages on this site and this one came up as "we thought you might like this" It sounds great and as we LOVE Mexican I even have ALL the ingredients. Can't wait to try it. Thanks so much.

    Ahhhh yes, rose - exactly the kind of soup we love...and it's below zero here again, so perfect weather for some hot, spicy, creamy soup...thanks for the heads up - I've printed it off!
