Ingredients
- 3/4 cup buttermilk ranch dressing
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 cut up fryer chicken
- 1/3 cup flour
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup corn flakes, crushed
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
Directions
- Combine egg and ranch dressing, set aside
- Combine flour, salt, and pepper
- Dredge chicken in flour mixture
- Dip in egg mixture
- Roll in corn flakes
- Put chicken pieces on baking sheet
- Drizzle with butter
- Bake @ 350 for 45 minutes
