Oven Fried Ranch Chicken Recipe

How to make it

  • Combine egg and ranch dressing, set aside
  • Combine flour, salt, and pepper
  • Dredge chicken in flour mixture
  • Dip in egg mixture
  • Roll in corn flakes
  • Put chicken pieces on baking sheet
  • Drizzle with butter
  • Bake @ 350 for 45 minutes

    This was delicious, hot and cold. Didn't change a thing except used boneless skinless breasts and added some salt and pepper to the flour. Try this one, it's really good and easy too. Thanks for sharing. Peg
