Creamy Brownie Bars Recipe

This are really good, can't say how many you will serve since people will most likely want more then one each. Enjoy

Ingredients
- 1 pkg. double fudge brownie mix
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 C. water
- 1/4 C. vegetable oil
- 1/2 C. chopped pecans
- Topping:
- 1 (8 oz) pkg. cream cheese (softened)
- 2 eggs
- 3 1/2 C. powdered sugar
- 1 t. vanilla extract
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Grease bottom of 9x13 baking pan.
- For brownies, combine brownie mix, contents of the fudge packet from mix, eggs, water and oil in a large bowl. Stir with spoon until well blended, about 50 strokes. Stir in pecans.
- Spread evenly in pan.
- For topping, beat cream cheese in a large bowl at medium speed with electric mixer until smooth. Beat in eggs, powdered sugar and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Spread evenly over brownie mixture.
- Bake 45-60 minutes or until edges and top are golden brown and shiny.
- Cool completely. Refrigerate until well chilled. Cut into bars.
