Mexican Chicken

- 3 to 4 pounds boneless chicken,cut into chunks shopping list
- 1 green pepper, chopped shopping list
- 1 yellow pepper, chopped shopping list
- 1 red pepper, chopped shopping list
- 1 (10 3/4-ounce) can cream of chicken soup shopping list
- 1 (16-ounce) jar mild salsa shopping list
- 1 (16-ounce) package Mexican process cheese, cut into cubes shopping list
- Hot cooked rice or pasta shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine chicken, peppers, soup, salsa and cheese in 12 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan. Bake for 1 1/2 hours, or until done, stirring halfway through baking time. Serve over rice.
