I am a huge fan of zucchini and appetizer finger food. This is a quick, easy, affordable, but most of all very tastey .

Ingredients
- 3 cups grated zucchini
- 1 cup bisquick baking mix
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
- Dash of pepper
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
- 2 Tbsps. snipped parsley
- 1/2 tsp. marjoram
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped ( I always add more)
- 4 eggs, slightly beaten
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Spray 13 x 9 x 2 baking pan
- Mix all ingredients and spread in pan. Bake until golden brown, about 25 minutes. Cut into square pieces.
