made this for my kids when they were little and they loved it!

Ingredients
  • INGREDIENTS
  • 2 lbs. ground beef
  • 1 cup saltine crackers
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 can veg all, drained
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper

Directions
  1. Directions
  2. preheat oven to 350
  3. spray baking pan wth canola oil cooking spray
  4. in mixing bowl, mix together well, all ingredients
  5. pour into the baking pan and spread out evenly
  6. cook for one hour
  7. take out of oven and spread a thin layer of ketchup on top
  8. put in oven for 30 more minutes
  9. let cool and cut into squares
