Snow Ice Cream Recipe

Ingredients

SNOW ICE CREAM

snow (fresh, not yellow)

1/2 c. sugar

1 c. milk

1 egg

1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

Put a clean container outside to catch new snow.

Then mix the remaining ingredients together.

Add snow until the consistency of sherbet.

We were always so excited to get a real snow and we only got about one a season. The rest were mostly flurries or a dusting. But when we got that real accumulation and mama let us get the snow for snow cream...we were in 7th heaven. This is so good and it makes me miss snow a lot. No snow where I live now unfortunately.
