Great tasting! I love this custard! My mother n law gave me this recipe 30 yrs. ago. It's a family favorite!

Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 1 tablespoon margarine
- prepared pie shell
Directions
- Mix all ingredients and pour into pie shell.
- bake at 350 degrees
- cook 1 full hour before opening oven.
- keep checking, about 1 hour and
- 45 minutes.remove from oven while still a little shaky.
- Best cooked on new moon
- or full moon.
- makes one pie
