How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 400°
  • Brush the mustard onto both sides of chicken and roll each piece in the bread crumbs, coating thoroughly and gently shaking off the excess.
  • Place in baking dish or cast-iron skillet sprayed with cooking spray. Bake for 40 minutes or until no longer pink in the middle.

    Hi neighbor....

    My girls say, "Bravo!" I let them rate it: Two thumbs up! I like the way the coating stuck. Didn't lose a bit. I thought maybe I'd use ranch seasoning next time. Maybe a bbq flavor after that. Obviously will be doing these again! :)
