Honey Black Pepper CHicken

- chicken (I used thighs) shopping list
- honey shopping list
- salt shopping list
- pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Liberaly salt and papper the chicken and bake at 425 until juices run clear.
- Coat in honey and more black pepper, add to the oven again for about 5 minutes.
- Letting the chicken rest a while is important not only because you want the juices to return to the meat but hot honey is HOT and will burn you.
- Enjoy!
