How to make it

  • Liberaly salt and papper the chicken and bake at 425 until juices run clear.
  • Coat in honey and more black pepper, add to the oven again for about 5 minutes.
  • Letting the chicken rest a while is important not only because you want the juices to return to the meat but hot honey is HOT and will burn you.
  • Enjoy!

    yes but you would want to change the recipe slightly. The honey will burn easily so it might make a good marinade.
