What a fantastic flavor, black pepper and honey!
This is easy and so satisfying.

Ingredients
- Chicken (I used thighs)
- honey
- salt
- pepper
Directions
- Liberaly salt and papper the chicken and bake at 425 until juices run clear.
- Coat in honey and more black pepper, add to the oven again for about 5 minutes.
- Letting the chicken rest a while is important not only because you want the juices to return to the meat but hot honey is HOT and will burn you.
- Enjoy!

Yes but you would want to change the recipe slightly. The honey will burn easily so it might make a good marinade.
