Jetts Healthy Cabbage Soup

A healthy soup that tastes great with a few drops of some hot sauce! Cornbread also is great with this!
Ingredients
- 2 cloves garlic shopping list
- 2 quarts water shopping list
- 4 teaspoons chicken bouillon shopping list
- 1/2 onion chopped shopping list
- 3 Tablespoons olive oil shopping list
- 1/2 head cabbage chopped shopping list
- 1 can tomatoes( I use chili ready) shopping list
- 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables shopping list
- 1 can Cream of Chicken soup (optional) shopping list
How to make it
- In large stockpot, add garlic, onion and olive oil.
- Stir until onions are transparent.
- Add water and the chicken bouillon.
- Combine the other ingredients and stir well.
- Watch carefully so it won't boil over in the pot.
- Cook until the cabbage is done.
- Add hot sauce to your liking.
