This is my personal recipe, the ones I make for catering gigs. These babies fly off the plate like they were made of dollar bills. If you like garlic, you'll LOVE these. Be sure to check out Chef Kelsey's version as well, cos it rocks.

This is actually closer to how I prefer mushrooms, too...though I don't even bother with the bread crumbs, sometimes... a simple Parmesan topped broiled mushroom is heaven, too! :) Nice addition to the site... never too many mushroom recipes! :)
