I didnt know what to make for supper tonight so i am going to marinate some pork and toss some eggplant and zucchini with some balsamic vinegar and onions.

I've saved this recipe for next summer when eggplant and zuchinni are in season and the weather is warm for grilling. I have a small container of 12 year Balsamic that I bought when I was visiting Modena. I've served it on strawberries but don't know if this recipe is worthy of this treasure.
