I got this from Rachael Ray and it really works. No more green yolks, beautiful eggs every time (at least for me)

This is good. And easy. I have always felt so dumb because I can never remember the right way to boil an egg. This is the easiest I've ever seen. Thanks!

Just an update...I have made these twice now, and I tell ya, I have never made such perfectly beautiful hard boiled eggs. Thanks so much for putting this out there!

This is the way I do mine and they are perfect every time. Just a hint though, if you add just a touch of salt to the egg water, it will keep any broken eggs from dispersing through the water. No worries the salt won't add salt to your eggs.

I use this method. Of course it is key to catch the boil at the right time so the results will be the same each time! The time it sits can also be adjusted to taste...9-12min...plus, cool them as quickly as possible if you want to stop the cooking process. Thx:)
