Spinach smoked salmon roll

- 1 Lb chopped spinach ( frozen and thawed) shopping list
- 5 eggs shopping list
- 1 Boursin (garlic and herbs cheese) shopping list
- 1/2 Lb smoked salmon or smoked turkey shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven at 400 F.
- Strain the spinach.
- In a bowl, beat the eggs.Then add spinach.
- spread on a baking trey ( greased or using a baking sheet so it won't stick ) , using a spatula to make it even and stick in oven for 25-30 min.
- When baked, spread the cheese using the spatula. Cover with smoked salmon slice or smoke turkey slice.
- Roll tight, wrap with saran wrap, refrigerate for about 3 hours.
- Eat cold :)
