This dish is so simple to make but it looks and tastes like a 5 stars dish, all my family and guests love it ! even my 5 y old picky eater daughter loves it !

Ingredients
  • 1 Lb chopped spinach ( frozen and thawed)
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 Boursin (garlic and herbs cheese)
  • 1/2 Lb smoked salmon or smoked turkey

Directions
  1. Preheat oven at 400 F.
  2. Strain the spinach.
  3. In a bowl, beat the eggs.Then add spinach.
  4. spread on a baking trey ( greased or using a baking sheet so it won't stick ) , using a spatula to make it even and stick in oven for 25-30 min.
  5. When baked, spread the cheese using the spatula. Cover with smoked salmon slice or smoke turkey slice.
  6. Roll tight, wrap with saran wrap, refrigerate for about 3 hours.
  7. Eat cold :)
