Ingredients

How to make it

  • pound pork chops
  • sprinkle with salt and pepper on both sides
  • set aside for a half hour
  • whip eggs with fork
  • mix the flour and bread crumbs
  • dip chop in egg then in the crumbs
  • fry in hot oil until golden brown both sides
  • add butter and little water
  • cook covered for 10 minutes
  • if you like crunchier at this point i would add butter and fry high heat
  • uncovered till crisp
  • I always use a meat thermometer too
