Moist Pork Chops Grandmas Recipe

- 4 pork chops shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 1 tbl. spoon flour shopping list
- 4 tbl. spoon bread crumbs shopping list
- 1 tbl. spoon olive oil shopping list
- 1 tbl. spoon butter shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
- 1 tbl. spoon water shopping list
How to make it
- pound pork chops
- sprinkle with salt and pepper on both sides
- set aside for a half hour
- whip eggs with fork
- mix the flour and bread crumbs
- dip chop in egg then in the crumbs
- fry in hot oil until golden brown both sides
- add butter and little water
- cook covered for 10 minutes
- if you like crunchier at this point i would add butter and fry high heat
- uncovered till crisp
- I always use a meat thermometer too
