Ingredients

4 pork chops

1 egg

1 tbl. spoon flour

4 tbl. spoon bread crumbs

1 tbl. spoon olive oil

1 tbl. spoon butter

salt and pepper to taste

1 tbl. spoon water

Directions

pound pork chops

sprinkle with salt and pepper on both sides

set aside for a half hour

whip eggs with fork

mix the flour and bread crumbs

dip chop in egg then in the crumbs

fry in hot oil until golden brown both sides

add butter and little water

cook covered for 10 minutes

if you like crunchier at this point i would add butter and fry high heat

uncovered till crisp

I always use a meat thermometer too
