Ingredients
  • 2 cans chicken broth
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 2 cans Shoe Peg corn
  • 2 cans cream-style corn
  • 1 lb. Velveeta mild or hot Mexican cheese, chopped
  • thyme seasoning to taste

Directions
  1. Combine ingredients.
  2. Heat very slowly, stirring constantly until cheese is melted and liquid is thoroughly mixed.
